A very unique Nursery and Organic Farm on Nantucket is looking for a Farm Production Manager to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction, grow and deliver quality crops, manage organic greenhouse and the field, coordinate organic record keeping, inventory and marketing activities, efficiently direct and manage farmers. Candidate will have working knowledge of farm equipment and irrigation system. Must be able to inspect crops and prepare reports and pre-harvest estimates for all crops. Candidate must be self-motivated, well-organized with high ethical standards. Organic experience and knowledge is a plus.
