We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Retail team. The successful individual will perform a wide variety of duties to provide superior service to customers including:
· Cross‑sell beneficial products and services to develop customer relationships
· Process transactions at a high level of efficiency and accuracy
· Assist in the day‑to‑day operations in accordance with established policies, procedures and objectives
For consideration the ideal candidate will have:
· High school diploma or equivalent with one year of retail banking experience.
· Strong organizational, written and oral communications skills are necessary.
· Prior bank experience a plus.
· Ability to utilize various office equipment including a computer terminal.
· Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Word and Excel.
