We are seeking someone to join our Customer Contact team. The successful individual will be responsible for providing personal service to retail and commercial customers and prospects seeking information by phone or email. Successful representatives will thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess and fulfill customer needs, and educate the customer where applicable. Primary duties will include performing account maintenance, delivering a high level of customer service, and matching appropriate products to customer needs.
For consideration the ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or a college degree if no previous work experience. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills plus basic computer knowledge. A sales and service oriented personality is a must as is professionalism. Possesses a genuine interest in working cooperatively with others. Past experience working with the public is required. Past experience in bank customer service or loan or deposit operations preferred.
