Nantucket Lighthouse School Extended Day Lead Teacher

Nantucket Lighthouse School is seeking a part-time Extended Day Lead Teacher for the 2016-2017 school year. This position is approximately 25 hours week/$18-20 per hour, depending on experience. The Extended Day program is simply structured to include hands-on activities, artistic projects and imaginative play indoors and outdoors. Older students have the opportunity to work on homework with the guidance of an instructor.
The ideal candidate has experience working with children in a group setting and possesses the ability to implement creative indoor and outdoor projects and activities. The Extended Day instructor must be First Aid and CPR certified.
