Job Title: Administrative Manager
Essential Functions:
❖Performs daily functions of office such as answering phones, manning the reception desk, sending out collateral and office upkeep
❖ Provide basic computer support of MS Office
❖ Manage software systems and digital files by uploading pictures, data entry, etc.
❖ Prepare and maintain stock of Marketing materials
❖ Maintain social media accounts
Additional Responsibilities:
❖ Manage market materials and distribution
❖ Maintain & order office supplies, schedule maintenance of office equipment
❖ Keep common work areas & reception area neat
❖ Manage editorial calendar and timely delivery of ads
❖ Program Phones
❖ Other projects as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
❖ Must have a proven ability to work successfully under deadlines
❖ Well organized and an eye for detail
❖ Ability to use independent judgment and managing competing priorities
❖ Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products
❖ Must have basic understanding of social media tools
❖ Photoshop, InDesign, knowledge a plus
Hours of Work:
Standard work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm with regular and predictable attendance
