Local native in search of small apartment for myself and daughter. My daughter is one year old, our current situation is not the best for a growing baby. Do not have pets, do not have a car (so no parking issue), I do not smoke or drink. We are very friendly and respectable. I can help around house/ do chores/ cook/ clean/ baby sit. I’m trying not to have to move off the island. Can be basement or small studio doesn’t have to be furnished. Any inquiries would be very appreciated
