Studio Nantucket is currently looking to hire a Manager for our Studio & Boutique starting Spring 2017.
GENERAL EXPECTATIONS:
-Lead the studio by communicating the Studio Nantucket vision and providing the highest level of customer service
-Partner with Studio Owner to manage the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring all policies and procedures are properly implemented
-You will manage a team of Boutique associates and are expected to lead your team by example; fostering and developing a high-performing team and studio by training and motivating all employees
-Work with Studio Owner to evaluate and respond to all client issues and concerns
-Manage inventory and sales of merchandise
-Execute marketing & social media initiatives
-Willingness to lead by example and take on an entrepreneurial role in the studio
-We take pride in our best-in-class experience. You will ensure the studio and equipment remain impeccable at all times, including contributing to the overall cleanliness of the studio
-Focus on engaging all guests, inclusive of actively selling class packages and retail offerings
