Rogers & Gray Insurance is seeking candidates for a full time Sales opportunity in our Personal Insurance and Small Business Insurance departments. The position is structured to offer a consultative, relationship building sales approach to potential clients, and will have both inside/outside responsibilities. Ideal candidate will have prior success networking and selling in a competitive market or have sales aptitude. We are looking for people that can prospect, qualify, present, and close.
