The Nantucket Hotel and Breeze Restaurant on the island of Nantucket are looking for a year round Executive Chef to lead it’s team. Business is approximately 50% restaurant and 50% restaurant operations. Experience in fine dining, destination weddings and hotel/resort operations preferred. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is equally comfortable on the line, in the office, in a meeting and enjoys working with the clients and recognizes when they should be in each role. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of both quality food production and cost control along with excellent personal references.
