Nantucket Island Resorts is currently seeking a Conference Services Manager who will be responsible for the management of all aspects and functions of the Conference Services Department, including organizing Banquet Event Orders, reviewing group resumes, monitoring/inspecting daily set up requirements and being the point of contact for all group coordinators. Must be able to handle multiple properties and be comfortable multitasking via email and in person within a busy environment.
The right candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar environment (preferably a four star hotel) at the management level and already possess full knowledge of all styles of room set up, standard equipment and proper handling of such. This position requires relocation to Nantucket.
Must have:

Strong verbal and communication skills
Outgoing, enthusiastic personality
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Experience with Excel and Microsoft office products
