Island Contractor seeking a full time Office Manager and Bookkeeper. Must be able to multi-task. Must be fluent in QuickBooks, Microsoft Word and Excel. Will be responsible for all aspects of daily, monthly and yearly routine tasks. Duties include but are not limited to payroll, accounts payable, accounts billable, reconciliation of bank accounts and credit cards, annual insurance audits, 1099 processing, year end reports, etc. Positive communication skills both verbal and written is a must, along with a positive disposition.
