Looking for someone with commercial kitchen experience to work on planning, permitting and managing a start up frozen dessert business. You must be available to work now setting up business. Part time on island is OK. This job could continue through spring or summer OR just be for the winter. For someone who has a few slow months and the expertise needed, this is a great part time opportunity.
