Nantucket Golf Club is looking for a polished and professional individual for a 2017 summer position as our Golf Shop Merchandiser. Under the direction of the Head Golf Professional, this position is responsible for managing the soft goods purchasing, inventory, and sales in the club’s pro shop.
The ideal candidate will be engaging, detail oriented, exhibit a mature, professional manner, and enjoy working collaboratively. He or she will have a passion for exceptional service and strong interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to create and frequently rotate attractive displays is a must. Previous retail and/or merchandising experience is preferred.
Seasonal work dates are mid-April through October 11 with weekend and evenings shifts required as scheduled throughout the season. Pay commensurate with experience.
