Proprietors bar and table is hiring lead cooks for the 2016 season to work with chef owner Michael Lascola.We focus on using whole animals and local products creating a constant changing seasonal menu.We offer a full charcuterie program and push ourselves as a team to constantly evolve.Applicants must have at least 2 years fine dining experience,a strong work ethic and great attitude.Our season starts April 7th and ends January 1st.Housing is provided and salary negotiable.Please email resume to (orlamurphylascola@mac.com)
