Established, busy, year-round island restaurant is looking to hire a lead cook/kitchen manager. This is a great opportunity for an experienced, dedicated, professional line cook looking to take that next career step.
Duties would include managing the kitchen during dinner service along with all ordering and staff scheduling for the front of the house as well as helping with menu development.
