Rogers & Gray Insurance Agency, Inc. is seeking candidates for a full time Sales opportunities in our Small Business and Personal Insurance Sales departments.

These positions are structured to offer a consultative, relationship building sales approach to small businesses, and will have both inside/outside responsibilities.

Ideal candidates will have prior success networking and selling in a competitive market or have sales aptitude. We are looking for people that can prospect, qualify, present, and close. You will need to be highly motivated and an independent worker.
