Client Services Representative – Full-Time, Nantucket (some Saturdays required)
Hingham Institution for Savings is seeking Client Service Representatives (CSR) for its Nantucket location. This individual is responsible for providing outstanding service for the Bank’s clients, educating clients about new deposit products and services, and supporting Branch managers and Assistant Branch Managers in business development efforts. We are interested in candidates that feel comfortable promoting and explaining our digital products, including online and mobile banking, to both digital natives and customers using these products for the first time.
Although previous background in banking may be helpful, it is not required and candidates with a strong retail background are encouraged to apply.
