The Nantucket Boys & Girls Club Program Director is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of all programs within the Club, with the exception of athletics. To manage all program staff to ensure successful program planning and implementation. To serve as a liaison between parents, schools, community groups and Club members. Works under the Executive Director and Director of Operations to guarantee that a myriad of pro-social and youth development opportunities are available to all Club members, in a healthy and safe environment. Provides orientation and guidance for parents and Club members.
