I have been living & working on Nantucket for more than 15 years. I need to find a new (affordable) place. I would very much prefer to stay on island if possible. I am looking for a 1 bedroom apartment or cottage but I also need studio space like a second bedroom or similar. I do not smoke nor do I have pets. References can be provided. I am mature and responsible with many friends and contacts on the island.
