Nantucket Golf Club is looking for an experienced Dining Room Manager to join their front-of-house food and beverage team. In cooperation with the Food & Beverage management team, the Dining Room Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful management of dining operations which includes our dining room, grill room, snack bar, and special events such as tournaments and private parties. The ideal candidate will be engaging, outgoing, exhibit a mature, professional manner and have a collaborative management style. He or she will have a passion for exceptional service, an appreciation of great f&b, and a thorough understanding of what makes for an outstanding dining experience. Applicants must be adept at managing a diverse workforce and excel at building and leading the front-of-house team. Qualified candidates must also have excellent service, organizational, leadership, and management skills and three or more years of experience as a Dining Room Manager. A hospitality degree is preferred.
