TOPPER’S at the Wauwinet is now accepting applications for the position of Pastry Cook for the 2018 season. This position will be responsible for the plan, prep, set up and preparation in all areas of the Pastry/Bake department to include, but not limited to, pastries, desserts, breads, ice creams, sorbets, creams, simple syrups, jams, displays/centerpieces.
Applicants should also work well under pressure, possess excellent communication skills, be organized, flexible, self-motivated, and have a great sense of humor. Requirements include a minimum of 2 years in a similar position.
