If you are ready to really learn what it’s like to be in the video marketing business, then this is the internship for you. We are not looking for someone to clean the office and work the photo copying machine, we are looking for hungry, driven & talented people who are currently studying video & film.
As an intern, you will shadow our Creative Director/Chief Editor and our Director of Photography. You will learn the process behind creating and publishing relevant and compelling video content for multi million dollar real estate companies, non-profits and brands. The Video Production Intern will gain experience and practice skills involving:
Processes of commercial production
Processes of on-location videography and audio engineering
Perfecting your editing skills in Final Cut Pro
Learning the processes of motion graphics, chroma-key filtering, and how to composit in Adobe After Effects
Learning how to use third-party video services (i.e. YouTube, Ramp, Brightcove)
Learning how to publish digital content to social media
Internships are 15 – 25 hours per week (specific days and times agreed upon in advance). All interns must be enrolled in a college or university and receive college credit for their internship. If you are a high school student, this rule does not apply. Students are expected to obtain, and complete, any forms necessary to receive credit for the internship experience. Interns are non-paid positions. When we do have long days of filming, you will be compensated.
