Mainstay Property Management & Construction is seeking to fill a full-time, year-round position. Applicants must be skilled in carpentry and property maintenance. They must also be highly conscientious and able to work to meet diverse client needs. Heavy lifting (over 75lbs.) and physical challenges are often part of the work. Transportation and fluent English are required. Hours are generally 7:30am to 4:30pm M-F. Salary is commensurate with experience.
