Kind Couple looking for Year Round Rental

My partner just got a full time position at a new company in Nantucket and we are looking for a place to rent year round! Ideally we could move in by June and would be willing to sign a year lease. We could afford around $2000 a month but may have some wiggle room.
We are very kind and caring people who have great relationships with all of our landlords. We do our best to leave our homes looking even better then when we got there. I love to garden and decorate and put my heart and soul into each rental we have.
My father recently passed away and this job opportunity is giving us the chance to be close to my mother in case she needs me. But we need a home to rent first.
