Wicked Island Bakery is hiring for the upcoming busy season! We have positions available for the right candidates – part-time to full-time, front of house and back. Pay is based upon experience. All positions require weekend availability (both Saturday and Sunday, no exceptions). All positions are fast-paced and efficiency is expected – but the fast pace certainly leads to a quick and fun work day! Please note that all positions also require the ability to lift 50lbs. Some of the following positions have the possibility to extend into year-round – just ask us!
BACK-OF-HOUSE
We are also looking for part-time PREP HELP – this position is relatively flexible as well, and does have potential to increase to a full-time position. Let us know your schedule and we can see if we can fit you in!
FRONT-OF-HOUSE
We are also currently looking for PART-TIME COUNTER STAFF. We might have the availability for full-time staff if the candidate shows strength. Again, weekends are non-negotiable. Shifts are flexible as we are looking to fill the gaps with our full-time year-round staff to make sure that the bakery runs smoothly. Counter staff are expected to create a welcoming environment and answer any questions our customers have.
