The non-profit Nantucket Dreamland Foundation seeks a highly motivated individual for the position of Business Manager, responsible for all accounting items related to the non-profit foundation and theater, payroll, HR reporting, audit preparation, licensing and insurance compliance, annual reports filed, and general office management.
Duties include: (1) all financial-related matters and day-to-day financial management in accordance with Financial Policies and Procedures, including: annual audit (2) QuickBooks and chart of accounts, (3) organization and maintenance of Dreamland Theater budget, (4) scheduling staff and/or Board/committee meetings, (5) drafting and distributing all meeting minutes, (6) assisting administrative staff as necessary, and (7) general office management, as necessary, and (8) managing HR files and payroll, and (9) scheduling staff and/or Board/committee meetings.
This is a full-time, year-round position with benefits. Minimum of bachelor’s degree is required. Accounting experience required.
The Business Manager reports to the Executive Director. This is a full-time, year-round position with benefits.
