SUMMER POSITIONS
• Gymnastic Assistant Coach
NCS is seeking to fill the position listed above. All positions are temporary/seasonal employment during the summer months. The pay range is between $16.00 and $20.00 per hour, depending upon the candidate’s level of experience. Candidates will be expected to work Monday through Friday from 8:45 AM – 12:15 PM.
Recommended Minimum Qualifications
•Applicants must be at least 16 years of age by June 1, 2018 to apply for paid positions.
•CPR and First Aid certifications are required by July 1, 2018
•Positive attitude and high energy a must.
•Experience working with children.
Definition
Supervise, coach and engage children 6 – 12 years of age in a sport camp environment during the summer months.
Supervision
Work under the direct supervision of the Sports Camp Supervisor, Coach and Nantucket Community School Director.
Job Environment
Programs are based out of Nantucket Public School’s campus and playing fields located at 10 Surfside Road. ACKventure Sports Camp applicants will be expected to have previous experience working with children, have a background in the particular sport in which they are applying for and be both outgoing and enthusiastic.
