The Nantucket Preservation Trust, a nonprofit membership organization formed to preserve the island’s architectural heritage, seeks a positive, energetic person to fill the position of administrative assistant. The AA position will include: administrative support; database management; oversight of membership records; execution of event and program logistics under the supervision of staff and committee chairs; and general clerical duties such as correspondence, answering phones, and filing. Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Excel and Word is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in Nantucket historic architecture and hold a bachelors degree in a related field with work experience in the nonprofits sector.
