Responsible couple looking for housing on Nantucket, preferably close to town, for the fall and winter. Both have lived and worked on the island for 2+ years – can provide references upon request. Looking to spend around $2000-$3000 per month depending on location. Non-smokers and no pets. Looking for a lease beginning October and ending May but we are flexible as to the beginning and end dates.
