Theatre Workshop of Nantucket (TWN), a 62-year-old not-for-profit regional theatre located on the island of Nantucket, seeks a General Manager (GM). The GM is a full-time salaried position reporting to the Board of Directors. Working closely with the Board and the Artistic Director, the GM is primarily responsible for the business side of TWN’s operations, leading other office staff and responsible for administration of the business; financial management, budgeting and accounting; marketing and public relations; development and donor relations; contractual relationships; and personnel and human resources. Qualifications: B.A. in Arts Management or related field or equivalent; 5 to 10 years of arts management experience; and a proven track record in financial management, development and fundraising.
