Now hiring a year-round office administrator for an industry leading pool construction and landscape company located in Nantucket.

Ideal candidates will have skills in both small business finance and administration. Experienced QuickBooks and Excel users preferred. Role will include a variety of administrative tasks. A strong ability to prioritize and manage time required. A bookkeeping background with strong skills and experience with construction type businesses needed.

Pay will be commensurate with experience. Hours are flexible and could be a good fit for those looking to work around a school schedule. Growth opportunities available. Candidates may be asked to complete a practical bookkeeping exercise as part of the screening process.
