Chef de Cuisine wanted! We are a small, year round restaurant on Nantucket Island looking for an organized, professional, culinary leader to join our team and help us expand. Ideal candidates will have an understanding of all kitchen operations and be able to coach others. This managerial, salaried position will work closely with the Chef/owners and the GM to create a collaborative environment in the kitchen.
