Lark Hotels and The Roberts Collection is seeking a general, all around maintenance worker to be shared by both 21 Broad/76 Main and the Roberts Collection on Nantucket. This is a seasonal position starting April 2016 and ending in December 2016.
Oversee all maintenance issues, learn property systems, repair anything and everything!
Also but not limited to:
*Garden Maintenance including weeding, mowing, watering plants, sweeping, up keep of exterior cleanliness, leaf removal, etc
* Snow removal and shoveling entries to the Hotel
*General Hotel maintenance:General electrical work, light bulb change, repairs in hallways and public spaces, bedrooms and rest rooms. Cleaning, painting and repair of walls and wall paper, general plumbing,etc.
Lots of variation and never nothing to do!
