Lark Hotels is seeking a guest service associate for 21 Broad and 76 Main on Nantucket.
We are seeking high-energy, hard-working, forward-thinking and trustworthy people who can learn quickly, relate to guests with presence and poise, carry out tasks efficiently and accurately, and communicate effectively with us. We will of course provide training.
The responsibilities included in this position are varied:responding to inquiries and taking guest reservations via phone, online, and through third-party sites, guest check in and check out, providing hospitality and concierge service, attending to breakfast by replenishing items, bussing tables, and cleaning up at the end of service, some cleaning, some laundry tasks, and assisting in keeping the property neat and orderly, office work related to the guest reservation system and organization of reservation paperwork, some social media, other tasks related to the daily operation of the property, though they may not be named here.
Guest Services crew members are cross-trained for the housekeeping position so that they can fill in when needed. In addition, we would welcome input on packages and special offers, posts to our blog and social media sites, and any other initiatives that help us meet our goals.
Days/Hours: Shifts will vary but will be between 7:30am and 11:00pm.
