Ticket Agent Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age; Good communication skills; Able to fluently read, write, speak, and understand English; Required to work nights, holidays, weekends and varying schedules; Computer skills with the ability to easily grasp the functionality and concepts of company software; Required to be clean and neat in appearance; Successfully complete a background investigation; High school graduate or GED; Must be self-motivated and detail oriented
Ramp Agents: Position ensures the safe loading/unloading of passengers, freight, and luggage to and from the aircraft. Requirements: 18 or older; Ability to work in a team oriented; fast paced; physically demanding work environment; Able to lift 75 plus pounds; Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean record
